Good for Bill Sullivan for his request to discuss vaccines. If a health district really represents the people of the community shouldn't it listen to all the evidence that is available? A disingenuous label of misinformation to shut down a scientific discussion just shouldn't happen.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health updated COVID-19 isolation and quarantine recommendations for the public.
The changes include:
- People with COVID-19 now only need to isolate for 5 days, instead of 10, if they are asymptomatic on day five. Then they need to wear a mask when around others for another five days.
- Vaccinated individuals who have received their booster do not need to quarantine but should wear a mask for 10 days after exposure.
- Unvaccinated people or those that are more than six months from their original mRNA dose or more than two months after the J&J vaccine and not yet boosted should quarantine for five days followed by strict mask use for another five days if exposed.
Vaccination is still the best way to protect yourself and others from COVID-19, according to the state Department of Health.
